How can I make an appointment at BrainWave Clinic?

You can make an appointment by having your family doctor, nurse practitioner or psychiatrist send a referral letter to BrainWave Clinic (fax: 204-417-5266).
What should I bring with myself to an appointment?

Please bring the list of medications that you take, or send it via our secure e-form. Also, if you use hearing aids or glasses, please bring them to your appointment.
